Our current delivery time for street furniture and accessories is 4-6 weeks from factory.

Depending on the season, delivery times for standard products may vary.

Please understand that due to our summer break no delivery is possible (2 weeks in early August).

Please order in time, as we can only inform you of the actual delivery date when the order is placed.

All colors listed on the Colors page are included in the price.
In addition, all more than 8500 colors of the RAL design color palette, as well as all Pantone and NCS colors in fine structure are available to our customers for an additional charge.

All products are powder coated by hand directly at the production site.
Powder coating has proven itself over the past decades and is extremely robust and durable. Especially the fine surface structure of the colors (so-called fine structure colors) make the benches, bollards, Litter bin & more, even more resistant to scratches and wear.

We, the company BENKERT BÄNKE, are for more than 35 years not only manufacturer of our street furniturebut also distribute them ourselves. Whetherbenches, litter garbage cans, bollards or planters: all products are designed at our company site and designed, produced and shipped. We will be glad to make you an individual offer.

No, we have not had wood in our product range for many years. We have been using full stainless steel benches or stainless steel frames with thermo-PET coating for a long time.
Thus, we can offer our customers not only an absolutely low-maintenance and weather-resistant product, but also make it possible to recycle all products 100% after decades of use.

Street furniture made of wood requires a lot of care and maintenance or, depending on the location and season, may also need to be dismantled.
The furniture from BENKERT BÄNKE can always stay in place. Dirt can be easily wiped off with a cloth or removed with a high-pressure cleaner in the course of urban cleaning, as required.

All of our products have been handmade in Königsberg, Lower Franconia for more than 35 years.
From the design, to the welding, to the powder coating, to the packaging of the goods, everything happens at our facility in Altershausen. Our office and production facility, planned by the Swiss architect Mario Botta, is designed so that we can carry out all the work steps here.
We do not import furniture from abroad and we do not distribute products of other manufacturers.

Yes, in addition to shipping by our partner forwarding agent, collection by a forwarding agent commissioned by us is also possible. In this case, only costs for packaging and loading will be charged.

All products manufactured by us are made of V2A stainless steel. On request – for example, for installation in places with high salt content in the air – V4A stainless steel can be used for an additional charge.

An exception is the Comfony series, which, in addition to the stainless steel frame, is equipped with slats made of Thermo-PET and aluminum square in the core.

All Litter bin, which are ideally suited for public and semi-public spaces, are made of V2A stainless steel. Each Litter bin has a lock that can be opened by means of a fire department triangle to empty the waste garbage can. The inner container is also removable and thus no garbage bags are necessary. The inner container can be emptied directly.

Our benches can be ordered either with ground anchors for screwing on or for setting in concrete. Only a few benches can only be set in concrete for static reasons. This information can be found in the corresponding data sheet of the product.

With our bicycle lean-to bars, you can choose whether they are to be set in concrete below ground or bolted to the surface.
